4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item(s) in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached). This period includes the shipping time.

  • Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@bohofamdesigns.com with your order number and the details of your request.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Service team. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as your order may have already been processed.

7. Discounts & Promotions

  • Only one discount code can be used per order. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases. 

  • Promotional codes may have expiration dates and cannot be redeemed after the specified date.
